Our office is open and available to you five days a week, Monday through Thursday from 8am to 5pm, Friday 8am to 3pm. In the event you need urgent or emergency care in the evenings or on weekends, one of our providers is always available. Some offices have extended hours. Please call for details

Appointments for routine or well woman care should be scheduled at your earliest convenience to ensure time availability that suits your schedule.

If you’re part of a health plan or have special health care coverage, please have this information available when you call for your appointment.

It’s your responsibility to bring your insurance card, co-pay and, if required, your referral papers from your primary care provider when you come for your appointment.

In the event you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please advise our receptionist as soon as possible. This allows up to keep a flexible schedule for all of our patients.

Location

New Horizons Women’s Care offers three locations, including the Southeast Valley and Casa Grande. We deliver all of our babies at Chandler Regional Medical Center in Chandler, Arizona.
